These Terms and conditions apply to this website and to the transactions related to our products and services. If you disclose it to us absent such written agreement, you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

6. Guarantee & Warranty

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All our custom furniture is covered by a 12-month guarantee and 5 years warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty and guarantee covers:

               •             Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

               •             Structural faults

This guarantees does not cover:

               •             Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or fabric pilling).

               •             Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or alterations.

               •             Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or colour, as these are not considered defects.

               •             Damage resulting from exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, heat, or chemicals.

Warranty Process:

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at Orders@relohomestyle.co.za / send us a WA on 0662150638 with proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a description of the fault.

We will assess the claim and, if approved, will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Important:

               •             The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

               •             All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our quality team.

               •             In some cases, repairs or replacements may take time due to supplier lead times.

6. Privacy

To access our website and/or services, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself as part of the registration process. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

We take your personal data seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by us to you will only be in connection with the provision of agreed products or services.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below for information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

7.1. RETURNS

All returns must meet the following conditions:

               •             Incorrect items delivered – Customers are encouraged to check their items immediately upon delivery.

               •             Defective products (factory faults) – Please note that all defective items will be inspected before approval.

Additional return guidelines:

               •             Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date and items must be unused.

               •             We recommend secure packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

7.2. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:

               7.1.1    Defective goods where replacement is not possible. A full refund will be processed within 14 working days.

               7.1.2    Exclusions

No refunds or exchanges for:

               •             Custom orders (unless defective and undisclosed).

               •             Sale or demo stock (unless defective and undisclosed).

               •             If a custom order is exceptionally approved for return, we will attempt to resell it in-store. A refund will only be issued once the item is sold.

               7.1.3    Supplier delays

               •             If our supplier delays raw material or product exceeding 30 working days beyond the agreed lead time, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days.

               7.1.4    Exchanges

               •             Approved exchanges will be issued as a store credit note valid for 6 months.

               7.1.5    Incorrect items delivered

               •             We will exchange and re-deliver at our cost within 0–5 working days.

               •             If we are unable to exchange, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 working days.

8. Updating of these Terms and conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions for changes or updates. The date provided at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions is the latest revision date. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this website. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of your acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
